Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

Ovika offers a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a full refund of your payment.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for our service
  • Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage charges already incurred (API costs passed through from AI providers)
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Additional seat purchases made after the initial purchase
  • Custom development or integration services
4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to mail@useovika.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your team name and the email address associated with your account
  3. Provide the date of your original purchase
  4. Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund
5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply to situations where significant usage has occurred before the refund request, or where custom arrangements have been made.

7. Account Termination

Upon approval of your refund request, your team's access to the service will be terminated. All data associated with your account, including chat history, uploaded files, and configurations, will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your case. We will review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and work to reach a fair resolution.
