8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting your team administrator or our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
